Dr. Seuss Smash Cake

I did a cute little smash cake for an adorable little boy for his 1 yr. pics! His mom asked for blue whipped cream icing & the cake to be red & white swirled. I put homemade organic baby food banana puree in the middle for it to be "healthier" :) 

This was before the icing was put on.

Whipped Cream icing is a little more difficult to work with so it's a bit "messier" looking but it tastes SO good! It also smashes really well & makes for more of a mess. Perfect for photos!
